KMOP is one of oldest civil society organisations in Greece with 45 years of experience in direct provision of social services and implementation of social initiatives in supporting vulnerable individuals.
KMOP studies and analyses pressing societal challenges in order to understand society, proposes innovative interventions, educates, and develops the know-how to address social issues based on fairness, innovation, sustainability and balanced development. It actively supports individuals and communities through the direct provision of social services and educational opportunities, the implementation of innovative initiatives, research and impactful policy design.
The ultimate goal of KMOP to contribute to effective social-policy design and to lead impactful programmes that promote individual well-being, reduce inequalities, eliminate vulnerabilities, and foster inclusive and sustainable social growth.

HOCHSCHULE FUR DEN OFFENTLICHEN DIENST IN BAYERN, Germany
The Bavarian Police University (BayHfoD) is in charge of training and educating Police students for their career on professional and executive levels for the Police Enforcement Service. BayHfoD teaches future higher ranked police officers in various disciplines including operational management, criminalistics and social sciences.
The inter-disciplinary research team of the BayHfoD examines various domains relevant for policing including cybercrime, THB, radicalisation, terrorism among others. Security research for and via the police strengthens everyday networking in police practice with training and further education, in other words integrating theory and practice.
The research team at BayHfoD provides scientific knowledge on relevant topics in the field (i.e. security research, crime prevention or crime research) to police or institutions of the security structure and aids in the design of further training courses and seminars and the mediation of contacts. In addition, the research team supports police and security authorities by providing scientific services in solving day-to-day problems.

DIGNITA FOUNDATION, Bulgaria
Dignita’s priorities are in the fields of prevention of trafficking in human beings and in the sphere of providing remedies and assistance to victims.
Dignita aims to: provide expertise and promote the development of rights-based policies for combating trafficking in human beings; provide knowledge and develop skills of high risk groups to recognize and avoid situations that may lead to trafficking and exploitation; support the social reintegration of victims through providing legal aid and economic empowerment measures; activate the participation of the private sector in a broad partnership network for combatting trafficking in human beings.
Dignita relies upon the expertise of professionals in the field of development of public policies, protection of victims’ rights, communications and business development.

CENTER FOR THE STUDY OF DEMOCRACY, Bulgaria
Founded in late 1989, the Center for the Study of Democracy (CSD) is a public policy institute fostering the reform process in Europe through impact on policy and civil society.
CSD’s mission is “building bridges between scholars and policy-makers” and as an independent, interdisciplinary think tank it combines a broad range of capacities.
Building bridges is the old-fashioned way of bringing together social actors and cementing new alliances. Born as a think-tank, the Center for the Study of Democracy has evolved into policy development through dialogue and partnership.

HELLENIC POLICE, Greece
The Hellenic Police’s mission is to i) ensure peace and order, as well as citizens` unhindered social development, a mission that includes general policing duties and traffic safety; and ii) to prevent and interdict crime as well as to protect the State and the democratic form of government within the framework of constitutional order, a mission that also includes the implementation of public and state security policy.
Hellenic Police is comprised of both central and regional Services. Hellenic Police’s Headquarters is the supreme authority over these Services. Its efforts center on the fulfillment of the Force’s mission, within the framework of the Ministry of Interior’s Policy. For this reason, it schedules, directs, oversees and monitors the activities of its Services, and it ensures the necessary conditions for the exercise of its authority.

CENTER FOR SECURITY STUDIES (KEMEA), Greece
The Center for Security Studies (Kentro Meleton Asfaleias – KEMEA), founded in 2005 by Law 3387, is a scientific, consulting and research organization overseen by the Minister of Citizen Protection, governed by common law and annually audited by chartered accountants.
Its principal purpose is to conduct theoretical and applied research and studies, particularly at strategic level, on security topics and policies. Moreover, it is the think-tank of the Ministry of Citizen Protection on numerous policies such as public order, correctional services, terrorism prevention, crime prevention, integrated border management and civil protection as well as on various other security and societal issues; it also provides advisory and consulting risk-management services to an array of public and private organizations .

ASOCIATIA PENTRU COOPERARE SI DEZVOLTARE DURABILA, Romania
ACDD is a think tank that monitors and contributes to sustainable development policies in Romania and internationally. ACCD has developed a special focus on three Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): peace, justice and strong institutions, quality education and gender equality.
Regarding strong SDG institutions, ACDD monitors the institutional capacity against the criminal sector in Romania; public attitudes and the impact of prevention agencies and criminal prosecution bodies on human trafficking, corruption, smuggling, drug trafficking and other serious organised crime activities.
ACDD conducts research, provides training and promotes networking between public sector stakeholders and civil society.

PROVINCIAL POLICE HEADQUARTERS IN GDANSK, Poland
Provincial Police Headquarters in Gdańsk (KWPG) is a government administration body responsible for protecting citizens and ensuring law and order in the Pomeranian Province. The Pomeranian Province is situated in the Northern Poland, covering a territory of 18 923 km² and being populated by 2 358 000 citizens. There are 5 403 police officers and 1 382 civil staff working for the Pomeranian Police. Our main activities are protection of people’s health and life, protection of property, protection of public safety and order, creating and organizing “community policing” and crime prevention activities, detecting crimes and misdemeanours, arresting people who committed crimes, control of regulations, regarding public life and public spaces, cooperation with police forces from other countries and international organizations.

Society Ključ – Center for Fight against THB
Society Ključ – Center for Fight against THB, established on November 22, 2001, in Ljubljana, is a Slovenian non-governmental, non-profit organization combating human trafficking.
It provides comprehensive support to victims of trafficking, including phone counseling, psycho-social assistance, safe housing, (re)integration programs, and legal aid. Collaborating with government bodies, it facilitates temporary residence permits for victims and trains law enforcement, judiciary, and social services.
Society Ključ develops preventive programs to raise public and professional awareness about trafficking-related issues. Active in EU initiatives and international networks, it implemented projects like ACCES and VICTOR, advancing anti-trafficking efforts and supporting victims worldwide.

GENERAL DIRECTORATE FOR FIGHTING ORGANISED CRIME, Bulgaria
General Directorate for Combating Organized Crime (GDCOC) at the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Bulgaria is a specialized operational-investigative service that counteracts organized criminal activity of local and transnational criminal structures.
According to the provisions of Art. 39, para. 2 of the Law on the Ministry of Interior, GDCOC counteracts criminal activity related to: Customs regime, monetary, tax and social security system; Narcotic drugs, their analogues and precursors; Computer crimes or crimes committed in or through computer networks and systems; Intellectual property; Counterfeit or forged money signs, payment instruments and official documents; Trafficking in human beings; Trafficking in cultural valuables; Firearms, explosives, chemical, biological and other common dangerous means and substances, as well as weapons, products and technologies with dual use; Corruption in state authorities; Terrorist acts, use of common dangerous means and substances, instilling fear, taking hostages, kidnapping of persons for the purpose of obtaining material benefits and violent acts; Money laundering and illegal gambling; Conclusion of disadvantageous contracts, money laundering and embezzlement of European Union funds through fraud.
