Partners’ Meeting in Munich, 16-17 October 2024
30/10/2024

A face-to-face meeting was held in Munich, Germany between 16 and 17 of October hosted by the coordinator BayHfoD. This meeting marks an important milestone as we advance in developing specialized training courses aimed at equipping those on the frontlines of justice and protection: law enforcement agencies (LEAs), prosecutors, labor inspectors, and other key professionals.

What makes this work so important?

After conducting a comprehensive needs assessment across several countries, we’ve identified critical gaps in skills and knowledge that are required for this area of work. Following these insights, our experts have been working collaboratively to design a robust, tailored training program. This initiative will empower professionals to better handle complex challenges in their daily work, ensuring greater impact in the fight against labor exploitation and human trafficking.

What to expect

In the months ahead, we’ll be rolling out a series of training sessions, both in-person and online, across Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, and Germany. Our work goes beyond training; it’s about building a foundation for lasting change that enhances the framework of human rights and justice across Europe.
